$7,500 Signing Bonus/ Vacation Credit for Experience/ Tool Allowance

Assist in training and mentoring of new employees.

Performs walk-through inspections of the entire mill, checking and reporting any malfunctions.

Troubleshoot all areas throughout the plant.

Utilize schematics, diagrams, manuals, and technical instructions to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs.

Adhere to company health and safety policies.

Skills & Requirements

Successful candidate must:

• have a minimum of 2 years journeyman-level millwright experience in a manufacturing environment, wood products preferred;
• proven leadership and mentoring skills;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• be able to work 12-hour shifts - night shift and weekends;
• have a strong commitment to safety excellence;
• work well in a team environment; and
• pass criminal background check and drug screen.
