On Call Unit Assistant

What Youll Be Doing:

We are seeking a Unit Assistant to provide administrative support to our Health Center which includes our SNF unit. The primary function of this position is to assist in the continuity of the exchange of information between departments and assure a timely response to patient needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is well organized, are able to multitask and likes working in a fast paced environment.

About You:

• Current CNA license preferred but not required.
• Requires clerical skills, effective phone use, strong word processing skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
• Working knowledge of common medical terminology preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with others and function independently with minimal supervision and support.
