The mission of a Back of House Team Member is to maintain a very high standard in all areas of kitchen operations and food safety which may include any of the back of house areas such as food prep, assembly, and cooking, including produce, raw, cold and hot breakfast/lunch/dinner products. All Back of House Team Members are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a clean environment and work along with their team to ensure every guest receives a consistent food experience of excellence with regards to food quality, presentation, and speed of service. Team members will be scheduled for a 3-day workweek and must have availability on Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. We're providing a unique opportunity to work full-time or part-time while only working 3 days per week, leaving you 4 days each week (including 2-day weekends!) to enjoy/pursue your other passions in life! Full time team members will work an average of 12 - 13 hours per day. Part time team members will work an average of 4 - 6 hours per day. Opening (5:30am) and/or closing (11:30pm)
availability may be required. We are currently hiring for closing shifts on the Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday schedule; must have availability to stay until 11:30pm.
