This position combines being a Teller and a Member Service Representative (MSR). Using Rogue Credit Union's Service Promises, builds long term loyal members by promptly and accurately processing members financial transactions and by identifying new/existing member's unique financial needs, suggesting appropriate products and services to meet those needs, opening new accounts, guiding members through the loan application process and assisting members with other needs as appropriate. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:40% Assists members with all of their membership and account needs including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, travelers' checks, transfers, etc. as directed. Processes closed accounts, opens new memberships, Certificates, IRA's, Trust Accounts, consumer loans and other account maintenance to existing and new memberships.
