In this exciting position, you'll be at the heart of our operations, accurately picking orders and packing them with precision to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. You'll also assist with restocking, cycle counting, and even training fellow Pickers, all while contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of our organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellence, we want you to join us on this exciting journey toward growth and success!Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:Responsible for manually packing pulled orders, according to procedurePicking orders by following packing list and invoicesResponsible for inputting customer order information into company shipping softwareVerifies invoice and picking slip detailsDetermines the proper size box and inserts promotional literature and packing materials for each orderAssembles cartons, boxes and insertsSeals and labels packages for processingConducts inventory cycle counts as requiredSupports other departments as neededRequirementsEducation & Experience:High school education or General Education Degree (GED)6+ months of related experience or trainingQualifications & Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to completionWell organized, with the ability to set priorities and meet reasonable deadlinesMust pay close attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate, fostering teamwork and collaborationTrustworthy, reliable, takes ownership, proactive in learning and delivering excellenceAssists with efficient team operation and continuous process improvement, by participating actively in all team and departmental meetings as requestedEnsures a safe work environment by following all safety rules, maintaining strong safety awareness, participating in required safety training and meetingsPromotes a work environment that meets cGMP regulations by following all established procedures and completing all required training on cGMPsBasic math and computer skills are necessaryPhysical Requirements: Candidates must have strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, area, circumference, volume, and percentages, as well as apply basic algebra and geometry concepts. The role demands physical stamina, requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 49 lbs.
