POSITION: Assistant Principal
HOURS: 8.0 hours per day
BUILDING: Scenic Middle School
CALENDAR: 215 days per year

  • COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:
  • $120,090.40 - $123,804.54 depending upon approved accepted experience. Salary listed is 2024/2025 rate. 2025/2026 salary is TBD.
  • Annual COLA pay increase
  • 6 paid holidays annually
  • 12 paid sick leave days per year
  • 2 paid personal leave days per year
  • 5 paid bereavement leave days per year
  • $50.00 per month 403B match
  • $1749. monthly toward full family, medical, dental and vision insurance
  • 600. per month opt-out stipend for employees who demonstrate other health insurance coverage under a qualifying employer sponsored group medical plan
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 6% district-paid contribution towards Oregon Public Employees Retirement System

QUALIFICATIONS

  7. Experience developing and leading professional development
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Staff evaluation

  3. Program development
  4. Student discipline
  5. Supervision of building maintenance
  6. Supervision of grounds maintenance
  7. Preparation of staff duty schedules
  8. Monitoring of duty assignments
  9. Maintenance of student records
  10. Supervision of attendance procedures
  11. Assistance with staff recruitment
