Position Purpose

Coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts and assemblies in accordance with the Business Units contractual and operational readiness targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer correspondence, calls, emails, and fielding questions promptly
  • Research, quote, formalize and follow up on sales orders
  • Work with logistics personnel to facilitate shipping, customs and exporting
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports
  • Liaises with various internal departments to execute customer requests.
  • Maintain standard inventory setting process
  • Supports day-to-day inventory account operations and works closing with counterparts in organization
  • Process daily Aircraft maintenance logs with high attention to detail utilizing Microsoft Dynamics program
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as requested
  • Key stakeholder in inventory management system
  • Research order discrepancies and resolve Materials Requirements Planning related issues with customers. Take appropriate corrective actions to prevent similar incidents
  • Ability to be flexible with a dynamic workload with attention to details, changing directions and handling multiple responsibilities / tasks on a regular basis.
  • Skilled with project management
  • Work additional hours and shifts as required
  • Perform other tasks related to the position, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in inventory management or supply chain, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Expertise in Excel with broad knowledge of Microsoft office required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar software).
  • Must be able to communicate verbally in an accurate and professional way. Written documents must be clear and concise.
  • Must have strong organization, communication, project management, and computer usage with Microsoft Office products.
  • Required to work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Self-starter with a "can do" and positive attitude, open to learning, with a strong willingness to collaborate and problem solve
  • MS Office suite, Visio and related software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency, Valid Driver's license.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as directed and drive company vehicles or rental vehicles as directed.
  • Must have reading, speaking, writing, and understanding skills in the English language.
