We have immediate openings for caregivers for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We proudly serve Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, and surrounding areas in the Rogue Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors while assisting them at home.
• Engage in household activities and provide companionship through conversation.
• Respectfully treat seniors and their property with care.
• Follow individual care plans to provide direct support tailored to each client's needs.
• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support personal care needs, including toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer medication reminders and assistance as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and prepare meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
• Run errands and transport clients as necessary.
• Provide stabilization and assistance with walking and transferring.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Possess a reliable car with current auto insurance.
• Availability on weekends is a must.
• Ability to pass a criminal and Orchards background check.
• Preferred experience with personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, grooming).
• Knowledge of transfer equipment and caregiving tasks is a plus.
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients is preferred.
• Must be able and willing to lift up to 25 lbs.
