LOGISTICS GENERAL MANAGER III (Finance)

Lead, implement, and oversee the execution of site strategies, processes, and systems to increase site productivity, safety, and associate engagement. Develop leaders to meet current and future business needs. Drive increasing levels of site performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Lead and improve site execution related to Full, Fresh, and Friendly initiatives. Work in an ever-changing environment that promotes strategic thinking, detailed execution, and cross-functional collaboration across the network. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of senior operational leadership in logistics or manufacturing with P&L experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years managing in eCommerce or retail operations.
  • 4+ years as a general manager in Kroger Supply Chain or similar food industry company.
  • Experience in managing complex sites, developing talent, and overseeing budgets and safety standards.
  • Ability to travel independently and perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
