You will provide general security through observation and reporting for all community property in an effort to promote a safe and secure environment while maintaining a progressive customer service culture. Demonstrate that Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) Core Valuesexcellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaborationare ingrained into all aspects of your role. Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner. Provide limited traffic control on community streets and in parking lot. Perform gatekeeper duties for campus property by screening and directing all team members, residents, vendors and contractors, guests, visitors and general public as needed. Conduct periodic patrolling (on foot or in vehicle) throughout all common and public areas, both inside and out and check security functions during rounds.
