Our mission is to be the most trusted building partner in the communities we serve, emphasizing relationships, transparency, and community support.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer for our Southern Oregon office. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure project success and uphold our company's standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager and Superintendent with project implementation and policy adherence.Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, working to minimize schedule constraints.Maintain project documentation including daily reports, procurement logs, submittals, as-builds, testing logs, RFI logs, and change orders.Distribute drawings, changes, submittals, RFI responses, and other information to relevant parties.Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions for various project meetings.Participate in project cost control activities.Support a culture of creativity, accountability, and safety within the team.Promote and uphold safety policies and practices on site.QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and scheduling software.Minimum of 2 years experience as a project engineer.Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and safety rules.Knowledge of construction principles and practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.Additional InformationThis is a full-time position with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, bonus opportunities, and community-sponsored events.
