Perform audits of cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces and production areas. Performs a variety of analyses in accordance with SOPs and maintains databases and logs. Assists in identification and tracking of potential microbial and/or allergen cross contact problem areas. Assesses manufacturing area and equipment conditions to assure they meet specified requirements. Individual must be detail oriented to inspect food production departments. Perform Indicator, Microbiological and Allergen sampling of equipment.
