Cultivates and improves employees' professional growth and job proficiency through the development of dynamic learner-centric training programs with techniques consistent to Rogue Credit Union's organizational priorities. Collaborates with internal teams to create and maintain online courses, videos, and assessments. Supports curation and delivery of off-the-shelf content to fit the credit union's needs. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: E 50% Design and develop e-learning modules, courses, and curricula using various instructional design methodologies. Produce training videos, assessments, and other instructional media consistent with Rogue's organizational priorities. Utilizes content authoring tools, video, image, and audio editors to create learning experiences for staff. E 20% Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
