HR Operations Coordinator

Description:

Performs routine tasks required to support human resource programs including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement and recognition, compensation, benefits, leaves, workers compensation, unemployment, occupational health and safety training and development. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and internal coordination via ticketing systems - Maintain employee records and update internal systems, including entries in Paycom - Manages employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff - Help coordinate internal processes, documentation; streamlining, enhancing and improving workflows through the use of technology & innovation - Assist with implementing HR initiatives and tracking task progress - Ensure HR practices remain in alignment with labor laws and internal policies - Foster strong internal relationships across teams and d...Operations Coordinator, Operations, Coordinator, Processing, HRIS, Workers Compensation, Manufacturing, Business Services
