The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organizational goals of Asante Health System. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader will oversee a team of six direct reports. Primary goals for this director include standardizing and updating job descriptions, auditing for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. They will also complete a premium pay analysis, identifying inconsistencies and recommending improvements. Lastly, this leader will redesign the entire benefits strategy, with a focus on identifying opportunities for modernization.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented leader with prior supervisory experience. Must be highly organized, collaborative, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred.
Minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in a leadership role focused on total rewards.
