Location: Southern Oregon

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000+ annually (DOE)

Position Overview:

Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up and tenant improvement commercial projects throughout the Southern Oregon region. You'll be responsible for managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met
  • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedules
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, site coordination, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with superintendents, project engineers, clients, architects, and consultants
  • Perform regular financial tracking and forecasting to ensure profitability
  • Maintain safety compliance and uphold company standards across job sites
  • Represent the company in client meetings and support business development efforts


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven track record of delivering projects in the $5M–$50M range
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or equivalent tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required)
