Home Care Coordinator Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm Pay: $22.00 - $29.57 / hour DOE You will work in collaboration with the Home Care team to provide individualized care and coordinate services for clients of the Home Care program. You will work to ensure that resident needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining and enhancing the quality of documentation by staff. How youll do it: Develop and coordinate staffing schedules for all Home Care employees. Keep accurate documentation on staffing rosters, actual schedule of illnesses, no call/no shows, request for time off and absences. Complete status reports and communicate all personnel information on status changes, new hires, transfers, and terminations to HR Director. Notify managers regarding employees when necessary regarding missed punches and not taking breaks or lunches. Communicate staffing changes to Director of Health Services or alternates.
