Provides administrative support to the Lending, Member Solutions, Mortgage Departments, and other departments as assigned, enabling them to focus on core responsibilities of their jobs. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 45% Assists departments in the organization and scanning of member loan and various other files. 25% Completes data entry duties and projects as assigned. 15% Assists with phone and reception coverage and the answering of basic and initial questions. 10% Assists as needed on projects as assigned. 5% Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills:Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience. Education: A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
