QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Neat handwriting

• Excellent phone skills

• Organized and reliable

• Optimistic with a "can-do" attitude

The following qualifications are preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in service writing, scheduling, or dispatching
• Some parts knowledge

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

As a Customer Service Assistant, your day begins by checking emails and messages to promptly assist with customer inquiries. You field phone calls, explaining service recommendations and addressing any concerns with patience and clarity. Between calls, you help create and update service orders, ensuring every detail is accurate and complete. You coordinate with colleagues to schedule appointments and manage the service calendar, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you support the workflow in the service department, facilitating the movement of vehicles and communicating with technicians. You also spend time preparing necessary documents like repair orders and invoices while tackling various administrative tasks, from filing paperwork to data entry. As you wrap up, you take a moment to write thank-you cards to customers, leaving them with a personal touch that reflects your dedication to service.
