We are seeking a solution-oriented Platform Engineering Lead to drive automation and orchestration across the cybersecurity technology stack. This is a horizontal leadership role inside the Automation & AI team, focused on solving enterprise-scale problems by leveraging capabilities across the toolsnot owning them. As the Platform Engineering Lead, you will coordinate and deliver automation solutions that operate across Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms. You won't own these tools, but you will deeply understand their automation potential, how to orchestrate actions between them, and how to engineer intelligent workflows that drive impact. Your role is to translate enterprise challenges into end-to-end solutions, regardless of platform. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and domain owners to identify integration points, reduce friction, and ensure that automation delivers measurable outcomes at scale.

The salary range for this role is $114,700.00 - $180,500.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
