Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Medford, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Home Health
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Preferred Skills / Duties

• Admission assessments & start of care
• Routine visits, recertification, resumption of care
• Case management experience preferred
• Wound care (treatment & assessment)
• Medication administration & management (IV, IM, SubQ, intradermal)
• Pain management (PCA pumps, scales, verbal/nonverbal)
• Infection control precautions
• Discharges (safety & non-compliance cases)

• Computerized charting (EPIC, OASIS)

  Patient Load & Ratios

• 1:1 care
• Up to 6 patients/day
• Standard: 30 productivity points/day

Requirements (Must-Have)1+ year skilled home health RN experience (required)BCLS certificationOASIS documentation experience required
