Overview

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) - Remote at Brave Health. This full-time, remote role provides outpatient services through our telehealth program.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services via telehealth to patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver high-quality mental health care in a remote, HIPAA-compliant setting.
• Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools to support care.
• Maintain privacy and create a safe, professional remote environment for patient care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and licensure as an LCPC or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
• English fluency; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Meets background/regulatory requirements

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance use diagnoses
• Treatment planning
• Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms
• Collaborative approach to supporting client goals
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments

• Base salary plus bonus
• Monday Friday schedule; no weekends; shifts such as 9am6pm or 10am7pm CT

Compensation Range: $69,000 $76,000
