Rogue Credit Union's Internship Program is designed to guide and train students who are interested in a career in the department's field. Students are mentored by professionals in their field and learn both interpersonal and business-related skills. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:95% Assists the assigned department with research and special projects according to the internship documents 5% Proactively performs other duties as needed or assigned. Knowledge & Skills:Experience: 0-2 years of knowledge or experience Education: Must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution. Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) may become necessary.
