Overview

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced trial lawyer to take cases from beginning to end. The position can be based in Boston, Medford, or Providence, RI. There is no business development requirement, no billable-hours mandate, and a compensation package with significant incentives. The firm supports a national platform with resources for trial and client service.

• Lead cases from inception to resolution/trial.
• Collaborate with trial teams and leverage the firm's resources (paralegals, legal assistants, pre-litigation attorneys, operations support, closing teams, call centers, etc.).
