Description:

Develop and manage programs and processes: labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation, EEO, safety, workers' compensation, leave administration, and benefits. Incumbent will also play a key role in employee relations. Must exercise independent discretion and decision making and take a proactive approach to issues and strategies. Essential Functions Provide guidance and administration, or management of human resource policies, programs and processes in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation, safety, workers' compensation, performance management, succession planning, leave administration, and benefits.
