JMA Civil, Inc. is seeking a strategic, detail?driven Public Works Proposal Manager to lead project pursuits. This is a remote, full?time role with California residency required and overtime bonus.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Who You Are

• Experience: 5+ years in a marketing leadership role in the engineering, construction, or transportation industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign. Deltek Vantagepoint experience is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of public works planning, design, and construction landscape in California.
• Remote Work Ready: Thrives in a remote environment and is self?motivated to succeed.

What Youll Do & Learn

• Proposal Writing & Content Development: Create persuasive, client?focused content communicating the firms qualifications and technical expertise.
• Proposal & Pursuit Support: Lead the preparation of proposals and project qualifications, collaborating with technical staff to pursue key transit and rail projects.
• Strategic Pursuit Planning: Drive pursuit planning, capture planning, and development of pursuit schedules and action plans.
• Opportunity Tracking & CRM Management: Monitor deadlines, maintain pursuit pipelines, and support go/no?go decisions with data and analysis.
• Client & Industry Engagement: Support business development by coordinating industry events, awards, and relationships with transit agencies and partners.
