Job Description

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP systems within construction projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control for all MEP-related activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical engineering industry.
• A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering quality work.
