Responsible for evaluating and improving plant performance in the areas of safety, quality, production output and operating cost. This is a hands-on position that involves performing research, conducting experiments and gathering data in a production environment while leading action teams. Required to develop proficiency in identifying inefficiencies, presenting findings and justifying recommendations in a data-focused manner toward all levels of leadership to drive improvement. There is opportunity to study complex production processes, recommend improvements utilizing the Boise Improvement Cycle and gain exposure to multiple departments. Successful candidates will develop broad, comprehensive knowledge and experience of the overall business in a plant environment.
