Job Details

The Late Night Attendant provides basic overnight coverage to ensure safety, security, and support for residents. This includes monitoring resident activities, enforcing facility policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Ability to remain awake and alert throughout shift. Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with residents and staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all interactions. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and ability to contact emergency services when required. Ability to complete basic documentation and reporting tasks. Must pass a criminal history check. Convictions do not automatically preclude employment but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
