This part-time Service Call Center Associate role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and values long-term opportunity.

This position pays $20 per hour. You will work 2-3 days per week (8-hour shifts) must have Monday and Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Schedule inbound callers service appointments
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone, in person, and written)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting customers
• Basic computer skills (email, calendars, data entry; dealership software a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Coach-able and open to feedback
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Interest in career growth and promotion from within
• Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
