Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead small projects or testing of soft releases.
- Ensure test cases or tasks are developed and assigned to staff.
- Oversee systems and logging of software issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to lead or participate in meetings, drive outcomes, and collaborate in a team setting.
- Ensure individual and service level standards are met or exceeded, and team members are appropriately trained.
- Ensure processes are working to support customer needs and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure the overall volume of work produced/software tested meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Ensure staff maintains an updated knowledge of all programs.
- Provide high level customer support to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for assigning and coordinating referrals for contract work to appropriate parties
- Computer data entry
- Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Complete assignments within established compliance standards and timelines
- Monitor multiple work queues daily to ensure cases move quickly through each process stage.
- Identify and resolve data errors
- Works on a variety of assignments requiring considerable judgement and initiative.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in clinical services
- Experience leading, mentoring or training others
