• Engage with potential candidates to showcase MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our expert recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Follow up diligently with leads to sustain their interest and aid in the hiring journey
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that take place, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
