Healthcare Organization:

FQHC with 5 team based ambulatory primary care sites. Multi-disciplinary clinic sites provide excellent medical care and serving both adults and children.

*Must be comfortable navigating complex cases with chronic conditions

*Fully Outpatient, with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities.

*Opportunity to teach and mentor advanced practitioner residents, advanced practitioners and medical students.

*Active OR License or Willingness to obtain, BC/BE

Compensation: Competitive Salary with full comprehensive benefits. $40K sign on bonus and relocation assistance up to $15K. Excellent work life balance with PTO and CME.
