A company is looking for a Manager, Long Haul Site Acquisition & Permitting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of site acquisition and permitting project managersDrive program readouts, reporting on KPIs/KGPs, budget, and schedule performanceOversee vendor management, ensuring contract compliance and performance trackingQualificationsReal Estate License and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, permitting, or infrastructure deploymentMinimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing teamsExperience negotiating land purchases and leasesStrong understanding of zoning, land use, and permitting processes
