Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying access permissions and reporting unusual behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.; Serve in an armed patrol role in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements, maintaining professional presence and readiness while supporting daily operations.
