Job Details Location: 1700 Delta Waters Rd, Medford, OR 97504Salary Range: $20.04 - $23.91 per hourOverview We are searching for a Department Manager to oversee the Heart of House, Bar, or Hospitality departments at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and customer service skills within a fast‑paced sports‑themed environment.Responsibilities Manage the assigned department (HOH, Bar, Hospitality) on a shift‑by‑shift basis.Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and development of department team members.Develop and maintain weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.Administer performance management, including appraisals, merit increases, and coaching sessions.Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company standards.Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.Use quality and guest experience programs (GEM, QSC, P&L) to analyze performance and implement corrective action plans.Coordinate with other department managers on hiring, scheduling, and incentive programs.Handle administrative functions such as invoices, end‑of‑day procedures, and equipment maintenance.Address guest comments and quality feedback promptly and effectively.Participate in local marketing, incentive contests, and sales‑building initiatives.Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.Preferred experience managing a full bar.High school education or equivalent; valid driver's license required.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Availability for evenings, weekends, and nights.Physically able to lift 50 pounds and pass a satisfactory background check.Completion of the Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program (if applicable).Excellent problem‑solving and customer service abilities.Adherence to company policies and all regulatory requirements.Benefits Competitive hourly wage, monthly bonuses, comprehensive benefits program, and a guaranteed match to 401‑k contributions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
